Set along the scenic Frontier Trail, connecting the park’s Main Midway to Frontier Town, fans of the region’s finest beer, bourbon and wine can combine unique sips with specialty food pairings created by Cedar Point’s culinary team. SANDUSKY, Ohio (Feb. 4, 2025) – Cedar Point’s record-breaking Siren’s Curse tilt roller coaster is one step closer to bringing even more happy screams to the famed amusement park destination. Crews today lifted the ride’s signature element – the tilt track – to the highest point on the roller coaster. This 45-ton, 61-foot-long section of track is the ride’s signature terrifying element, teetering the coaster’s train into a 90-degree vertical position before locking into place and releasing riders into the 2,966 feet of twisting track below.

SANDUSKY, Ohio (Sept. 19, 2024) – Cedar Point, The Roller Coaster Capital of the World®, will add fathoms of thrills to its world-renowned and record-breaking collection of scream machines with the 2025 debut of Siren’s Curse – the tallest, fastest and longest “tilt” roller coaster in North America.

SANDUSKY, Ohio (Aug. 1, 2023) – Cedar Point, The Roller Coaster Capital of the World®, will once again redefine roller coaster innovation in 2024 with the debut of Top Thrill 2, the world’s tallest and fastest triple-launch strata roller coaster. The strata coaster, known as any roller coaster eclipsing a height of 400 feet, was first pioneered by Cedar Point in 2003. The park will build on that legacy with not one, but two, 420-foot-tall track towers, putting riders in the driver’s seat for one of the greatest races of all time.

SANDUSKY, Ohio (Aug. 11, 2022) – The excitement and nostalgia of Cedar Point’s classic lakeside experience will be celebrated in a whole new way in 2023 when the park opens The Boardwalk, a new themed area just steps away from the very Lake Erie shoreline that made Cedar Point famous. The Boardwalk is a modern interpretation of the Cedar Point of yesteryear. New ride, dining and entertainment experiences for the entire family will round out the improvements coming to the former Lakeside Midway.
