We visit Frontier City brought to you again by Six Flags
Frontier City Trip Report Photos Taken: 07/07/2019 Posted: 09/24/2019In this photo update, we visit Frontier City for the first time in its return under Six Flags ownership. New this year was a Timber Town kids area expansion. While not the largest park, it is has some of the most charm of any park in the chain. We'd compare it (favorably) to Great Escape. The standout attractions are Wildcat and Steel Lasso. Sadly the Arrow shuttle coaster, Diamondback, never opened despite not being listed as a ride that was not to operate.
We wonder what the future of this park holds. As of the publishing date of this report, Frontier City is the only Six Flags park not to have a 2020 attraction announced. We hope to hear more news about Frontier City in the future.
