This past summer, Dollywood co-hosted the American Coaster Enthusiasts marquee Coaster Con event. We spent 3 and a half days at the park filled with special events, offerings and tours that allowed us to see Dollywood in a way we had not yet experienced.
In this photo update are our impressions of Dollywood's new for 2023 family coaster Big Bear Mountain as well as behind the scenes looks of FireChaser Express, Tennessee Tornado and Mystery Mine. You'll also get to see why, in our opinion, Dollywood hosted perhaps the best roller coaster enthusiast event ever.

Having missed the ride's opening due to some health issues, I was ecstatic to get a chance to ride this for my first time.
