We're back with another Opening Day update from Cedar Point. This year the park is opening two major attractions. Top Thrill 2 has undergone improvements with the hope to get it open consistently this season and later in the season Siren's Curse, a Vekoma Tilt Coaster will open. In addition to these larger attractions, the park made several quality of life improvements in the offseason with the biggest being a reimagining of the Happy Friar fresh cut fries stand.

The ride received a new lift motor and control system. The ride was running excellent and you do get up to the to top of the lift faster now (and maybe go over faster as well?).

Next visit I'll have to poke around the midway games more to see what has changed. Took a parting shot as I was leaving. I had a great day today and it was nice to see the park make improvements throughout. Can't wait to return throughout the season, especially as we get closer to the opening of Siren's Curse.
