Once inside, you are in the same frigid climate as the penguins! No wall to ceiling glass windows separating you from them.

You even cross a translucent bridge where they can swim under you.

Size wise, it is comparable if not a fraction smaller than Orlando. There are less penguins in the exhibit giving a less crowded feel.
