We visit a volcano themed amusement park
Vulcania Trip Report Photos Taken: 08/22/2022 Posted: 03/05/2024In the middle of France there is a combination theme park and museum located in a region that is home to now dormant volcanos. The park features exhibits, simulators, rides and movies. What drew us to the attraction was a brand new Intamin family launched coaster. We had only limited time, but managed to experience the newest attraction at the park. Follow along as we share our experiences riding Namazu.

The coaster starts with a dark ride section with multimedia.

The secret is that in there you experience a drop track segment.

From there you launch out of the cave and then also experience a mid-course booster as you circle around the park grounds.
