We visit a former Universal park in Spain

A long time in the making, visiting PortAventura Park near Barcelona, Spain has been a bucket list item for me for quite a while. This park has had a varied and very interesting history having formerly been owned by Anheuser-Busch, Tussauds Group and Universal Parks and Resorts during different times of its 28 years of existence.

PortAventura Park is the centerpiece of the PortAventura World Resort composed also of Ferrari Land, Caribe Aquatic Park and six hotels. We stayed at Colorado Creek and spent two days at the resort. There's a lot of great to say about this place as well as plenty of constructive feedback and things to watch out for.
