We soar on the Midnight Flyer
Santa's Village Trip Report Photos Taken: 08/04/2024 Posted: 10/22/2024When Santa's Village announced that Rudy's Rapid Transit coaster was closing at the end of the 2023 season, we didn't have to wait long to find out what will replace it. In 2024, the park debuted Midnight Flyer, a new family coaster from Vekoma. The ride opened ahead of some final touches to its theming package being made.

The train itself is Vekoma's latest junior coaster variant. It's the same as what can be found on the new family boomerangs.

The ride makes two laps around with a brief pause in the station in between to make sure everyone is alright.
