We experience the rebirth of La Feria
Aztlán Parque Urbano Trip Report Photos Taken: 07/02/2025 Posted: 07/06/2025While in Mexico City, we made a quick stop to the brand new Atzlan Parque Urbano theme park located in Chapultepec Forest. This park opened in 2024 on the former site of La Feria de Chapultepec which had several operational issues.
The park has been completely redone with all new rides and attractions. Follow along as we take around this theme park.

The wheel operates in continuous motion mode. In my opinion it may be turning slower than most. It is quite a long ride.

The cabin consists of curved plastic windows that are pretty hard to take photos through. Here you can see construction progress for some new attraction as well as the flying theater ride to the right.

What immediately caught our attention of this place was the Vekoma Family Suspended Coaster.

Not part of the park, but thought you'd find this interesting. Mexico City and its surrounding area has a network of miles of gondolas (like Disney's Skyliner).
