They did start switching to a limited menu towards the end of the month.
In this update, we share photos from two Friday afternoon visits to Cedar Point in July. What we experienced were improved operations, open restrooms and drink stations and a steady reopening of most rides and attractions.

There is a temporary Guest Services stand right outside of Town Hall.
Skyhawk - Cedar Point

Skyhawk's dispatches are taking over 10 minutes and there are cleaning cycles every 30 minutes making this one of the lower capacity rides right now.
