Magic Kingdom Trip Report Photos Taken: 09/10/2022 Posted: 10/07/2022While in Orlando, we couldn't help but check out this year's edition of Disney World's annual Halloween event at Magic Kingdom. This event runs from 7-12 on select evening between August and October and typically sells out fast. The draw of the event includes short lines, special entertainment and character appearances and trick or treating around the park. There is so much to do and so little time!
The following photo update shares just a glimpse at what the event is. Included are also some updates on Tron as well as some parting looks at Splash Mountain before it goes through its transformation starting next year.

With Splash Mountain set to be rethemed to Princess and the Frog, I made sure to take some photos and video of the attraction.

A lot of guests wear costumes to the party and thus don't really want to get wet. It was at least 80 degrees out still, so no reason to turn down a ride.

Hard to tell how drastic the changes will be. I imagine the biggest changes will be inside the show building.
