This past weekend we got the chance to experience most of what Epic Universe has to offer. As the most significant new theme park to open in the United States since Disney's Animal Kingdom, this park is a big deal! It expands Universal to a week long destination for guests. The park opens alongside three new resorts. Epic Universe is composed our four worlds centered around the hub, Celestial Park. The four worlds are Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Ministry of Magic, How to Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk, Super Nintendo World and Dark Universe.

The ride provides a very convincing job of making you feel like you are aboard a flying elevator traveling through the ministry. There is a mix of LED screens and animatronics throughout. The ride has one main trick (feeling like you are flying), but it is so convincing. I'd oddly compare it to taking what Flight of Passage does, and taking it to the next level.
