While we have plenty of recent content to post, figured we'd drop another historical update featuring previously unposted photos from a visit I made to Geauga Lake in 2004. Definitely some sentimental favorites featured here. Some of which you can still experience at Six Flags parks today, but many have been lost.

This was the first year of KidWorks Playzone. This was a quick retheme of the Looney Tunes section of the park. I remember having lots of fun in that ball pit / factory attraction in the background.

On the other end of the park were some epic roller coasters on the lake. Thunderhawk, the Vekoma SLC in the foreground is now at Michigan's Adventure and still remains one of the smoothest coasters of its kind.

In the foreground is the Power City Stage (previously part of a small Gotham City area of the park).

Dominator I believe is still the world's tallest B&M floorless coaster. It can now be found at Kings Dominion.

The wooden coaster over there is Raging Wolf Bobs.

When Cedar Fair acquired the Geauga Lake property, they also acquired the Sea World side across the lake which was unified under Six Flags.
