(Hershey, PA. \u2013 September 10, 2020)<\/strong> – Hersheypark<\/strong> amusement park, a 121-acre theme park with family-friendly rides and thrilling coasters, today announced expanded experiences for its seasonal events, with extra weekends planned for Hersheypark In The Dark<\/strong> Halloween attraction and the return of the popular Hersheypark Christmas Candylane <\/strong>event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building on the successful summer debut of Hershey\u2019s Chocolatetown<\/strong>, the 2020 seasonal events will mark the first time that guests can experience fall and winter in the all-new region at Hersheypark, <\/strong>featuring an entirely reimagined arrival experience, Candymonium <\/strong>hypercoaster, the iconic Kisses <\/strong>Fountain, a new home for the 101-year-old Carrousel, new shopping locations, the first-ever Starbucks <\/strong>inside the Park, a virtual reality experience, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Extra Weekends for Hersheypark In The Dark <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hersheypark <\/strong>is thrilled to announce there are more weekends to enjoy Hersheypark In The Dark <\/strong>than ever before, as the Halloween attraction will now be open for five weekends starting Oct. 2, 2020, and extending through Nov. 1, 2020; hours vary by day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seasonal event will feature family-friendly rides and coasters, including night rides on Candymonium<\/strong> and lights-out rides on Laff Trakk<\/strong>, Lightning Racer<\/strong>, Wildcat<\/strong>, and Comet<\/strong>; safe trick-or-treating for guests 12 and under with 13 candy stops along a new trail throughout The Boardwalk At Hersheypark <\/strong>and Hershey\u2019s Chocolate World <\/strong>Attraction; zoo experiences; festive Hershey<\/strong> Character experiences; and fall food offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests can buy online now and save – one-day admission to Hersheypark In The Dark<\/strong> is $44.95 plus tax for ages 9 to 61 (compared to $51.15) and $36.95 for ages 3 to 8 and ages 62 and older (compared to $40.15). Children 2 and younger are free. Current Season Pass Holders can enjoy unlimited visits to Hersheypark In The Dark<\/strong> as part of their year-long perks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors can stay overnight at The Official Resorts of Hersheypark<\/strong> for the perfect fall getaway. All guests of The Hotel Hershey<\/strong>, Hershey Lodge<\/strong> and Hersheypark Camping Resort<\/strong> receive FREE Resort Benefits, including guaranteed reservations for admission to Hersheypark<\/strong> and free parking with the purchase of tickets. Overnight deals and packages are available, including the new Kids Treat Free<\/strong> package. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hersheypark Christmas Candylane<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hersheypark Christmas Candylane<\/strong> holiday attraction will open to the public on select dates from Nov. 13, 2020, through Jan. 3, 2021. The merriest event of the year will feature more than 5 million twinkling lights – the most ever for the seasonal celebration; rides and coasters, including the all-new Candymonium<\/strong>; Santa; an up-close look at all nine live reindeer on a newly expanded viewing platform; shopping in the all-new Hersheypark Supply Co.<\/strong> and HP Collections<\/strong> shops; signature hot chocolate and other sweet treats; and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tickets for Christmas Candylane<\/strong> are on sale now at Hersheypark.com\/Christmas<\/a> for guests to buy early online and save. One-day admission is $31.95 for guests ages 3 and older when purchased online (compared to $40.15). Children 2 and younger are free. Current Season Pass Holders can enjoy unlimited visits to Christmas Candylane<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hershey Sweet Lights<\/strong> attraction presented by Hersheypark<\/strong>, a drive-through holiday spectacular with nearly 600 illuminated displays, will also be open, with hours and tickets available late September. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
