Busch Gardens Williamsburg announced today that a new steel coaster will be built in the park’s Festa Italia section for 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pantheon will be designed by Intamin Worldwide and be a multi-launch coaster featuring a fast track switch. The ride will feature yellow track and two 20 person trains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pantheon features two inversions and a 180 foot top hat followed by a beyond vertical 95 degree drop into the Rhine River Valley. The ride’s top speed is 72.5 miles per hour. The ride covers 3,328 feet over a 2 minute ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pantheon will be the fastest multi launch coaster in the United States. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
