{"id":170,"date":"2018-03-18T21:32:59","date_gmt":"2018-03-19T01:32:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.themeparkarchive.com\/blog\/?p=170"},"modified":"2018-03-18T21:32:59","modified_gmt":"2018-03-19T01:32:59","slug":"cedar-point-announces-first-rider-opportunities-for-steel-vengeance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.themeparkarchive.com\/blog\/2018\/03\/cedar-point-announces-first-rider-opportunities-for-steel-vengeance\/","title":{"rendered":"Cedar Point announces first rider opportunities for Steel Vengeance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Leading up to the release of Steel Vengeance, Cedar Point has announced two different preview events that all guests can take part in.<\/p>\n<p>The Steel Vengeance First Rider Benefit will take place on April 27th from 6:00 PM &#8211; 10:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets to the event are $250 to be on the very first public train and $75 to attend.\u00a0 All proceeds go to the LeBron James Family Foundation.\u00a0 Tickets go on sale March 19, 2018 in the afternoon.\u00a0 This event allows unlimited rides of Steel Vengeance.<\/p>\n<p>The Passholder FrontierTown Hoedown will take place on April 30th &#8211; May 2nd.\u00a0 Cedar Point Passholders and Cedar Fair Platinum Passholders can participate in this event for FREE!\u00a0 The event will last each day from 4:00 PM &#8211; 10:00 PM.\u00a0 Passholders must preregister (starting April 10th).\u00a0 Admittance will be allowed only on one day (out of three) per person.\u00a0 This event allows for ONE ride of Steel Vengeance.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s great to see Cedar Point offer these events leading up to the season.\u00a0 All tickets can be obtained from http:\/\/www.cedarpoint.com<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">JUST ANNOUNCED!<\/p>\n<p>Be the FIRST to ride Steel Vengeance and secure your seat at the First Rider Benefit!
